Description: Turbo Tax offers a Military Discount of Free Federal Tax E-Filing of Taxes for Active Duty Personnel who were serving in 2010 with an AGI of $58,000 or less.  From their site: To qualify for the Turbo Tax Military Discount, "you must have a 2010 W-2 form from the military and have earned an Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) of $58,000 or less. Active Duty Military includes Reservists and National Guard."
 
Taxpayers who file in one of these 21 states and qualify to prepare and file their federal return for free with TurboTax Freedom Edition, may also prepare and file their state return for free with TurboTax Freedom Edition. TurboTax directly imports your federal tax return into your state return to save you time and to help ensure your data is accurate.
